CEDRAL® LAP BOARDS

Cedral® Lap board is a square edge, factory painted, robust fibre-cement façade board fitted in traditional lapped style. Its shiplap style recreates the look of timber and never requires re-painting. Moreover, it is resistant to sunlight, heat, humidity and stands up to the harshest weather conditions. Unlike wood or PVC sidings, these boards do not swell or contract due to temperature changes or humidity. Most importantly, this board is resistant to rot and BBA certified. Boards can be easily cleaned by using water, a mild detergent and a sponge. Alternatively, a power washer can be used at a maximum of 4 bar at least 20cm away from the cladding. CEDRAL® LAP BOARD DETAILS

Boards with a wood effect finish are manufactured in 3600mm lengths by 190mm width and a market leading 10mm thickness which offers high levels of rigidity and durability. Each lap board requires a 30mm lap on installation giving a cover width of 160mm per board. Each board will cover 0.57m2, alternatively please allow 1.74 board per m2. Due to the fibre cement ingredients, the material is completely fireproof-ranking at A-2-s1,d0.

CEDRAL® LAP CLADDING PRICE

According to our current Cedral® Lap price list (2022) average cost is £37,71 (ex VAT) per m2 (excluding trims and accessories). For those on a particularly tight budget, simple Lap cladding may be worth considering. Depending on the system, average Cedral cladding may vary from £4000 to £7700. This includes material but no labour costs. Cedral® is distributed through stockists. Any pricing should be checked with the nearest Cedral® stockists. Please note, the costs of Cedral® boards may vary depending on the supplier. The costs given here are given in good faith as an indicative guide only and should be used with understanding.
