STYLITE® SPI EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE

Stylite EPS70 Expanded Polystyrene Insulation Board is known as the most universal insulation product currently available in the UK market. Stylite EPS offers the best cost to performance ratio of any insulation type. With thermal conductivity from as low as 0.030W/mK Expanded Polystyrene Boards can help designers achieve the current Building Regulation U-value requirements. Manufactured from rot-proof expanded polystyrene can be used extensively in the construction industry. Board comes in a standard square edge panel measuring 2400mm x 1200mm (8’x4’ sheets). It makes the board ideal to fit in any space. Compressive strength of 70 kPa make it suitable for use in almost all floor constructions. Boards are also compatible with all external wall systems and can be bonded or mechanically fixed to the wall. Stylite External Wall Insulation Boards are a quick and effective way to dramatically increase the thermal performance of any building and can be applied with almost any render or cladding system to produce a full EWI system. The boards are very easy to install and do not require any specialist tools. Stylite Expanded Polystyrene is available in both White & Grey enhanced PlusTherm. Stylite Expanded Polystyrene is moisture resistant, compatible with most building products except materials containing solvents. Stylite EPS achieves consistent thermal performance over the range of temperatures normally encountered in buildings.

It provides an economical way of adding better thermal performance to properties without insulation in their cavities. It can be also used on a variety of floor applications, either domestic or industrial. Suitable for concrete slab or a precast concrete floor in domestic ground-floor constructions.
