FLOOR INSULATION 

Recticel Insulation offers high performing insulation solutions for both solid and suspended floor applications. Products can be installed below concrete slabs or screeds, used between joists in suspended timber floor as well as in floating floor installations.

Recticel Plylok^® 

Recticel Plylok PIR Warm Flat Roof Insulation Board is a 3 in 1 solution to provide decking, vapour control layer and insulation in one application for use in warm flat roofs under traditional bituminous waterproofing and single-ply waterproofing membranes in new build and refurbishment flat roof projects. Plylok 2400mm x 1200mm consists of a polyisocyanurate rigid foam insulation core, with a thermal conductivity of 0.022W/mK, and low emissivity aluminium foil facings on both sides bonded to a 6mm plywood top layer.

WALL INSULATION

Recticel Insulation provides high performing solutions for solid walls, framed walls, rainscreen walls, external wall insulation, insulation for prefabricated walls as well as insulated plasterboard for internal wall applications.

Eurowall^® +

Eurowall^® + is a premium, high performance full fill insulation board with precision cut tongue and groove joints on all four sides. This ensures that the boards lock tightly together minimising heat loss through thermal bridging. This unique joint offers increased protection against wind driven rain as well as improved wind tightness. Eurowall^® + is also designed with a 10mm cavity requirement in mind, so that space can be left for conventional bricklaying techniques.

Eurowall^® Cavity

Eurowall^® Cavity is a specialist high performance solution for partial fill cavity walls, with precision-cut straight edges to ensure gaps between boards are kept to a minimum. It has a low emissivity facing which delivers improved thermal resistance within the clear cavity.

LOFT INSULATION

Recticel Insulation offers a variety of insulation solutions designed primarily for the use in loft applications. Loft insulation boards and panels can be installed from the inside or outside of the roof.

Eurothane^® PL

Suitable for mechanical fixing or dot and dab fixing, this insulated board is consistently sized with extremely tight tolerances, ensuring thermal bridging is minimised. Factory bonded plasterboard provides optimum board dimensions and optimum adhesion between layers. 3-in-1 solution: insulation board, vapour control layer and plasterboard.

CEILING INSULATION

Powerdeck^® F

Powerdeck^® F is compatible with multiple waterproofing systems, benefiting from high compressive strength and excellent dimensional stability. This ensures the flat surface finish required for optimum performance in new build and refurbishment projects. Both sides of Powerdeck^® F are faced with a mineral coated glass fleece.

Powerdeck^® U is a high performance rigid PIR insulation board for use in warm flat roofs with bituminous torch-on felt waterproofing systems.
