INSTARMAC® ULTRATILEFIX

Instarmac Repair Services Ltd, from the term Instant Tarmac, was established in 1977. Soon, Instarmac achieved their first ISO 9001 accreditation for Quality Management Systems. ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in the family that can be certified to. The business continued to go from strength to strength, and so, to help keep up with demand, Instarmac moved to a new manufacturing site in Kingsbury, Tamworth. In 1999 UltraTile’s range of adhesives and grouts launched.

UltraTile offer a comprehensive range of ready mixed pastes and cementitious powder wall and floor adhesives, grouts, silicones, ancillary products and levelling compounds.

ULTRATILEFIX SPES

UltraTileFix ProFlex SPES is a single part, standard setting, flexible adhesive for wall and floor tiles. It is specially formulated with extended workability, enhanced adhesion and flexibility, making it ideal for areas where slight movement or vibration can occur. Classified as S1 in accordance with EN 12004 it has the high level of deformation for greater tolerance to movement. Ideal for use with porcelain, mosaic, natural stone and glass tiles. It comes in colours white and grey.

ULTRATILEFIX PROSET SS

UltraTile Fix Proset SS Flex is a single part, standard set, flexible adhesive for wall and floor tiles. It is specially formulated with enhanced adhesion and flexibility for use with  ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles. UltraTileFix ProSS Flex is a polymer modified adhesive suitable for use with most common substrates. It is able to take light foot traffic within 16 hours of installation depending upon temperature and substrate.

ULTRATILEFIX PROFLEX SP

UltraTile ProFlex SP is a specially formulated single part, rapid setting wall and floor tiles adhesive with enhanced adhesion and flexibility, ideal for areas where slight movement or vibration can occur. It is a perfect solution for sticking ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, glass, mosaics, marble, travertine, granite, limestone, terracotta, quarry tiles, slate tiles, quartz and brick slips.

ULTRATILEFIX PROGROUT

Ultra Tile Fix ProGrout has been designed for areas where movement or vibration is likely. Polymer has been added to the formulation to increase flexibility and to provide a virtually impermeable set. UltraTile ProGrout Flexible is suitable for joint widths up to 20mm. ProGrout Flexible is packaged using the latest plastic packaging technology, offering you greater product protection and prolonged freshness.

ULTRATILEFIX PROLEVEL COMPOUND

Ultra Tile Fix ProLevel Fibre Reinforced Flexible Self Levelling Compound is a single-part, high strength, rapid drying and curing concrete floor leveller. The product's formulation incorporates a blend of specially graded fillers, cements, polymers and fibres. It is mixed with clean cold water to give a free-flowing product that can be applied from 3-75mm in one application. Its fast set time (in good ambient conditions) enables light foot traffic in 3 hours.

ULTRATILE FIX SILICONE

Ultra Tile Fix ProSealer Flexible Silicone 310ml is a neutral cure product ideal for all kitchen and bathroom applications. It is resistant to UV due to ColourGuard technology.
Colours: Clear, White, Cream, Jasmine, Limestone, Taupe, Silver, Grey, Mid-Grey, Grey, Charcoal & Black
