90mm FireBreak MBA Fixing for Ventilated Cladding Systems (8mm diameter) is a non-corrosive facade fixing, recommended for use when fire resistance (F120) is a requirement in external wall insulation (EWI) systems.
MBA Zinc Plated Fire Rated Fixing 90mm is used to fix the insulation boards to a wide range of substrates including aerated concrete block, solid brick, solid sand-lime brick and concrete.
Rawlplug MBA-SS Fire Rated Fixings are suitable for mineral wool (MW) boards, glass wool, lightweight wood wool building boards, lightweight recycled panels, polystyrene (EPS) boards and polyurethane (PU) boards applications.
90mm Façade Fire Rated Fixing hole diameter is 8mm and plate diameter is 35mm (width of the head).

MBA-SS Fire Rated Fixings Installation guide:
· Drill a hole of required diameter and depth.
· With a hammer, lightly tap MBA fixing (with MKC washer where applicable) through the insulation material into hole, until fixing depth is reached.
MBA-SS Fire Rated Fixings Key points:
· Metal facade fixing, recommended for use when fire resistance (F120) is a requirement.
· Stainless steel material for high corrosion resistance.
· Fast and simple hammer-set installation reduces working times.
· Extensive dimensional range allows anchorage of insulation boards up to 250mm thick.
