Jabfloor is a floor insulation board that achieves the required U-value and compressive performance on a range of different floor applications. Jablite Jabfloor floor insulation has excellent compressive strength, meaning it can easily cope with different flooring loads in different grades. The Jablite Jabfloor insulation range is available in Grade 70, 100, 150, 200 and 250 grades as defined by BS EN13163.

Jablite's new range of Premium Inverted Roof Insulation is KIWA-certified and is available in a wide range of densities to meet the specified compression performance for applications from light traffic maintenance roofs to car parks and podium slabs. Jablite Premium Inverted Roof Insulation boards in 200, 300 and 200+ grades have adequate resistance to the loads associated with light maintenance traffic on roofs and to pedestrian foot traffic on balconies and roof terraces. Jablite Premium Inverted Roof insulation in 500 and 600 grade meets higher loading requirements in applications such as car parks and podium slabs.
Jablite Garage Floor System is an alternative to a traditional concrete block and beam garage floor. When combined with a Jablite Structural Board Thermal Floor the house and garage floor can be designed and supplied as one item. The system is engineered to provide the required performance and combines pre-stressed concrete beams, Jablite EPS panels, A142 steel mesh and structural concrete topping.
Jabfill High Performance (HP) Cavity Wall Insulation is designed to optimise the cavity space in a new build property. Jabfill HP Cavity Wall Insulation is moulded from HP or High Performance EPS (expanded polystyrene). Jabfill HP Cavity Wall Insulation will eliminate cold bridging and prevent rainwater penetration. Jabfill HP is produced to the requirements of BS En 13163.
Jablite Timber Frame Wall Insulation is manufactured from expanded polystyrene (EPS) and forms part of a wall insulation system used for timber frame construction. Jablite Timber Frame Wall Insulation is supplied as EPS HP 70 E (grey) as defined in BS EN 13163. TFWI contains a flame retardant additive to achieve Reaction to Fire Class E. 
Jablite Partial-Fill Cavity Wall Insulation is manufactured from expanded polystyrene (EPS) and is designed to be incorporated into new masonry walls during construction. The insulation is lightweight and easy to handle and is retained against the required leaf by clips on the wall ties. A U-Value of 0.35W/m2 K can typically be achieved with a 75mm thickness of Jablite Partial-Fill Cavity Wall Insulation based on a common cavity wall construction using a range of materials for both inner and outer leaf.
