UNILIN® PRODUCTS - PIR INSULATION BOARDS
Unilin Insulation, a division of Unilin Group, specialises in producing PIR insulation boards and self-supporting roof panels. They offer a wide range of insulation solutions for roofs, walls, floors, and attics. Their products contribute to creating warm, energy-efficient, and sound-absorbing homes. The insulation boards of Unilin Insulation meet the most stringent requirements and technical conditions for a wide variety of projects.
Unilin Insulation boards are made of PIR foam, offering exceptional performance with a lambda value ranging from 0.020 to 0.027 W/mK, depending on the facing. This superior lambda value allows for thinner insulation compared to other materials, resulting in a slimmer roof structure.
The PU hard foam used in the boards is remarkably lightweight, weighing only 30kg/m³. This lightness enables the achievement of large spans and ensures that the overall weight of the boards remains minimal. Additionally, the boards boast a high standard pressure limitation of 150 kPa. In practical terms, this means that the boards can withstand a load of up to 15,000 kg per m².
One notable advantage of PIR insulation is its exceptional compression strength. It can be simply supported on a flat roof, even allowing for walking directly on the insulation boards without causing any damage to the material.
With Unilin Insulation boards, you can achieve efficient and effective insulation while benefiting from their lightweight nature, high load-bearing capacity, and excellent compression strength.
