Ultra liner® company is a leading thermal insulation manufacturer that offers the construction industry a wide range of innovative complete solutions. In fact, the company is one of the UK’s largest PIR thermal insulation suppliers, constantly developing and testing its insulation boards to bring new, innovative and improved products to the market. Products are manufactured with a CFC and HCFC-free blowing agent, that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and a low Global Warming Potential (GWP). By combining these innovative products you can meet your requirements, as well as reaching passive standards. The products are manufactured under management systems certified to ISO 9001: 2008 - Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001: 2004 - Environmental Management and BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 - Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. Ultra Liner insulation has the highest performance per m². This means that a higher insulation value is achieved with a thinner board thickness than with other insulation materials (such as EPS, XPS and mineral wool). With Ultra Liner, you therefore make optimum use of the space available on the roof or walls. The company grew throughout the 20th century and expanded its product line to include a variety of construction materials such as Insulated plasterboard.

ULTRA LINER ® PRODUCTS

Ultra Liner® products help reduce buildings energy demand, mainly in heating and cooling, allowing users to reduce their energy consumption and regarding sustainability. Ultra Liner insulated plasterboards made from PIR insulation core bonded to 12.5mm plasterboard are a beautiful example of the efforts the company has made to reduce costs of installation. The product consists of 12.5mm tapered edged plasterboard mechanically bonded to PIR rigid insulation. The insulation panel is protected with either foil for mechanical fixings or kraft paper to allow for dot and dab adhesion.
This product can be used as a direct alternative to Kingspan K118, Celotex PL4000, Quinn Therm Laminate, Ecotherm Eco-liner, Xtratherm XT/TL Thermal Liner and Gyproc Thermaline PIR. Each board covers 2.88m2 and the full pallet of 12 boards covers 34.56m2. In order to achieve the required U values, the insulation is available in standard size 2400mm x 1200mm for use in lofts and walls. Using Ultra Liners can provide some of the best U-values with minimal intrusion into nowadays valuable living space.
Delivered in convenient, compact packages, the boards require half the volume of traditional material with the same insulation value. So there is a reduction in storage space, transport and manual handling. Boards are easily fixed by employing any number of traditional techniques. Thermal panels are recognised for their compressive strength, low weight, ease of installation and excellent thermal performance.
