Isocheck weight-enhanced Barrier Mat 5 (2 – 3mm) and Barrier Mat 10 (4 – 5mm) is constructed of high-density barium sulphate loaded thermoplastic polymer, plasticised with phthalate esters and containing mineral fillers. They are black (in colour), bitumen free, ecologically neutral and recyclable.
Isocheck Impact Mat acoustic flooring systems are designed for high levels of impact sound reduction through timber floors and staircases where an acoustic test is accepted for this type of system. (Not all authorities will accept a test on a soft floor covering when laid on a structural timber floor).
Isocheck Impact Mat 100 is a 5mm thick layer of Isolate M which will provide impact improvement. Isocheck Impact Mat 300 is a 12mm tri-layer system with an Isopoli core. Impact Mat 200 consists of an 8mm Isofiba / barrier mat composite and can be used as a single or double layer.

Isowave 23 consists of a 10mm Isowave acoustic foam measured to BS 4443 and BS EN ISO 845:2009 bonded to 12.5mm high density, square edged fibre-reinforced gypsum board. Isowave 23 system incorporates acoustic foam which is semi rigid and is an excellent absorber with high damping characteristics when bonded to an acoustically reflective stiff surface. Isowave foam is manufactured using water as a blowing agent and is free of CFCs, HFCs or HCFCs. Isowave 23 acoustic ceiling system complies with requirements of EU Regulation No 2037/2000 for ozone depletion and offers good thermal properties.
The Isowave 23 acoustic wall system is for the treatment of excessive flanking sound that bypasses a separating floor via lightweight structural walls. The Isowave 23 acoustic wall system is used to enhance a wall that is found to underperform or to provide a high performance wall commonly used in home cinemas/studios.
Isocheck high performance Acoustic Cavity Barrier is designed to maintain the acoustic separation potential of a partition wall by treating the voids beneath and above the partition.
Isocheck Acoustic Cavity Barrier consists of a single or double layer of 10mm semi-rigid acoustic foam bonded to 12.5mm high density, square edged fibre-reinforced gypsum board. It is easy to install solution to airborne noise transfer from adjacent areas and greatly improves privacy.
Acoustic Cavity Barrier is suitable for within all types of ceiling and floor void spaces including raised access flooring and suspended ceilings.
Isocheck weight-enhanced Barrier Mat acoustic flooring systems are primarily used to enhance airborne sound. Their low-frequency damping properties are frequently utilised to improve floors and walls that have been found to fall short of an airborne sound test.
Isocheck Isoblock & Isobar is a high performing sound reduction system designed to offer a more robust alternative to a standard resilient bar with similar low profile (space saving) features.
The Isocheck Isoblock and Isobar system comprises a vibration absorbing steel channel which is secured to studs and joists with isolation blocks.
Attaching the isolation block to ceiling joists, timber and metal studs simply and easily secures the Isobar furring channel and decouples the gypsum board from the structure. The resulting construction provides a resilient isolation solution to enhance or construct separating and partition walls and ceilings

Thermal laminate products, featuring plasterboards bonded to high performance rigid foam insulation, have become an effective means of helping achieve energy efficient building fabric solutions in both new build and refurbishment projects.
Modern construction is centred around achieving highly insulated, airtight building fabric, complemented by appropriate ventilation to maintain a healthy supply of fresh air.
Restricting the flow of heat through building materials, and the leakage of warm air through gaps in the structure, reduces the need to continually heat the internal environment – with a corresponding reduction in energy use and fuel bills.
Isoliner Laminate Board provides thermal insulation and a ready-to-finish internal lining in one product. It allows additional insulation to be installed internally, in an efficient continuous layer, to help meet the U-value targets required by current building regulations, without the need to fix plasterboards separately.
Acoustic accessories
Isocheck expandastrip is an open cell Polyurethane foam, impregnated with chemically stabilised acrylic and backed with a self adhesive scrim tape.
Expandastrip remains permanently elastic and once unpacked and applied will expand to fill the joint, including any irregularities or imperfections. It’s exceptional flexibility and elasticity make it ideal for most unevenly surfaced components and is suitable for use with brickwork, concrete, plastics, steel, timber and fibrous materials.
Expandastrip is supplied on rolls compressed to one sixth of its original thickness and supplied with a self adhesive coating to one side. At its maximum expansion it will provide a light air baffle, however when limited to 25% expansion of its compressed thickness, Expandastrip can provide a weather tight seal against wind and driving rain. Various other situations can be provided for as shown.
Isocheck Isolation Strip is ideal for upgrades when looking to increase impact sound insulation from foot fall noise on floors and reduce structure-borne noise from doors closing and light switches on stud walls.
Isocheck Isolation Strip has no adverse effect on the structural stability of the walls and its adhesive backing ensures it can be held in position as the work progresses.
The Isolating Strips are composed of cross linked Isopoli foam with a self adhesive layer on one side.
Isocheck Isolation Washers are designed to isolate and separate mechanical fixings from the surrounding structure and reduce the transfer of noise and vibration. They are a simple, cost effective solution to the problem of vibration and noise transfer through mechanical components.
Each Isolation Washer is a one-piece component which comprises a vulcanised, zinc plated washer cured to a neoprene ‘top hat’ washer.
The washers are available to fit most British Standard bolts.
Isocheck Acoustic Hangers
35mm or 70mm deep acoustic/anti-vibration strap hangers to allow decoupling of the ceiling and increasing the airspace beneath a timber or concrete separating floor.
Where the floor to ceiling height allows, Isocheck Acoustic Hangers often provide the best performance when installed with an acoustic floor treatment.
Isocheck flanking bands act as anti-noise gaskets between floating floor systems and structural elements.
Isocheck adhesive
Isocheck acoustic sealant
Isocheck Impacta Pads
Isocheck Impacta Pads are suitable for creating isolation of flanking noise elements, for example, where kitchen units are connected to walls.
Other suitable locations may be under bath feet, etc.
