53mm Gyproc ThermaLine PIR Insulated Plasterboard consists of 12.5mm Gyproc WallBoard bonded to a 40.5mm rigid PIR (polyisocyanurate) foam with a multi-layer kraft aluminium facings on both sides of the insulation foam board.

British Gypsum Gyproc Thermaline PIR 53mm is a simple and cost-effective 2 in 1 product designed to provide insulation and dry lining in one operation and to make spaces more comfortable and energy efficient in both refurbishment and new build projects.

BG PIR backed board is an ideal solution for making older buildings more comfortable, or for creating brand new spaces with a great temperature control for walls, ceilings, room in the roof and window reveals where a high level of thermal insulation is required.

British Gypsum Gyproc Thermaline PIR Insulated Plasterboard is a high performance CFC and HCFC-free insulated dry lining laminate with two integral vapour control layers to keep the walls dry to prevent harmful mould and damp.

Thermaline PIR is an easy to install 2400mm x 1200mm x 53mm insulation and dry lining board, ideal for receiving a plaster finish or for direct decoration.

Thermal conductivity of the 12.5mm Gyproc WallBoard Plasterboard is 0.19W/mK.

Thermal conductivity of the 40.5mm PIR foam core is 0.022W/mK.
