CEDRAL® CLICK BOARD

12mm Cedral® Click board is a multilayer fibre cement plank manufactured from a mixture of cement, organic fillers and water. It has a uniform chamfer that allows panels to join together to make a flatter cladding surface, with a shadow line creating distinction between boards. In fact, this is the most commonly used cladding system in the UK. Tongue and groove system recreates the look of timber and never requires re-painting. Unlike wood or PVC sidings, these boards do not swell or contract due to temperature changes or humidity. Strips can be cleaned by using water, a mild detergent and a sponge. Alternatively, a power washer can be used at a maximum of 80 bar at least 20 cm away from the cladding. Further information may be found in our Downloads section. Due to the fibre cement ingredients, the material is completely fireproof-ranking at A-2-s1,d0. Cedral® Click planks are manufactured in 3600mm lengths, 186mm width and 12mm thickness. Each Click board will cover 167mm giving a cover width of 0.59m2 per board. It is recommended to allow 1.64 boards per m2. You will require 2 boards to cover 1.19m2.

1. Cedral® White C01
Cedral® white colour represents a positive colour. It is associated with purity, virginity, innocence and light. Colour white depicts faith too. This affects the mind and body by aiding in mental clarity and renewal, assisting in cleansing, clearing obstacles and clutter and encouraging the purification of thoughts and actions. White boards reflect light and will actually appear to vary in tone throughout the day.

2. Cedral® Beige C02
The Cedral® Beige colour is dependable and conservative. The colour Beige is neutral, calm, and relaxing. It offers some of the warmth of the colour brown and some of the crisp and coolness of the colour white. However, while it is a relaxing colour, Beige is often seen as a dull and boring colour.

3. Cedral® Grey Brown C03
This combined colour is also known as an earth colour. It is associated with reliability, elegance, foundations and stability. 5. Cedral® Cream White C07
Cedral® Cream is an off-white colour that tends toward a yellow hue. You might think they don't go together, but they do.

6. Cedral® Dark Grey C15
This Cedral® colour is masculine in nature. Communicates some of the strength and mystery of black. It is a sophisticated colour that lacks the negativity of the colour black.

7. Cedral® Slate Grey C18
This is the most popular colour made by Cedral®. This bluish-grey colour is named after slate rock, which is lighter in colour than charcoal, and which often contains touches of red, blue and brown.

8. Cedral® Black C50

10. Cedral Pewter C54
Cedral® Pewter is a light grey colour with soft blue undertones. It is sitting somewhere between silver and deep grey on the colour wheel.

CEDRAL® CLICK CLADDING INSTALLATION
 
Cedral® Click is fitted flat to the exterior wall of your home and works with a tongue and groove connection with the board above fitting into the one below. It can be fitted horizontally or vertically. Cedral® Click boards should be fixed to supports at 600mm centres - approx. 7 fixings per board. Trying to clad 100m2 with the Cedral click system, your average project cost would be £4,995.64 (Date: 04/2022). That isn’t that surprising, when you consider just how many boards are used in cladding-169 no. According to our current Cedral price list average costs are £59,12 (ex VAT) per metre squared (excluding trims and accessories). For those on a particularly tight budget, simple Lap cladding may be worth considering. Depending on the system, average Cedral cladding may vary from £4000 to £7700. This includes material but no labour costs. Cedral® is distributed through stockists. Any pricing should be checked with the nearest Cedral® stockists.
