CEDRAL® FIXINGS

Cedral® Click fixings are a set of necessary elements used for the click system in order to be strong, reliable and correctly assembled. In fact, the Cedral® click system should only be installed using those dedicated fixings. Cedral® click system offers innovative, high-quality fixings for the facades. Each fixing has their own advantages in terms of aesthetics, installation and performance. The easiest and most cost effective way of fixing decorative Click cladding is to use mechanical fixings called clips. To obtain clean looking uninhibited lines, panels can be invisibly fixed. This is achieved using screws consisting of clips fixed to the top of the board. These hidden fasteners are used to fix and align composite cladding fibre cement boards securely. They offer the most pristine finish with the smallest gaps between planks. For awkward and uneven scenario situations colour coded screws are required. 

CEDRAL® CLIPS AND SCREWS

Clips and Screws (Clips&Screws) are concealed stainless steel facade connectors suitable for use with Cedral Click System and are designed to securely attach your cladding planks to the building. They simply fit at the rear of the board providing a strong concealed fixing. The fasteners maintain a consistent minimal gap between boards for the ultimate neat and professional-looking finish, and the narrow gap left by the fasteners also conceals the joists from view while still allowing efficient drainage. Cedral Clips are great for installing the 12mm cladding boards without having to face nail it. They are also great as starter clips to support the first row of boards installed, followed by the planks for the remaining installation. They are easy enough to use, and well worth the price for making a nice clean, neat appearance. It is recommended using 7 clips per cladding board, with them being placed at 500mm centres. Each pack of 250 clips will fix approximately 35 boards of cladding. It is also recommended to purchase one pack per 21m2.

CEDRAL® COLOUR CODED SCREWS

Stainless steel colour coded head screws also called ‘colored top’ or ‘painted screws’ are slimline tamper proof TX20 stoved enamelled heads fixings used for awkward places such as soffit, around windows, fascia and on bridge lap vertical installations.

Screws are colourized to Cedral boards range: White C01, Beige C02, Grey Brown C03, Grey C05, Cream White C07, Dark Grey C15, Slate Grey C18, Black C50, Silver Grey C51, Pewter C54, Light  Oak CL 104, Dark Oak CL 105.

CEDRAL® SCREWS FOR CLIPS

Screws for the Cedral clips - this pack of extra screws are the same type as supplied with the Click Clips. The screws are provided with a very sharp point and wings on the shaft so the pre-drilling of the cladding is not needed.

Those stainless steel screws can be used on trims due to their flat head design.
